Madeleine Foster
Madeleine was born and raised in Blackpool, and currently lives in Manchester. She works in museum exhibitions, and writes short fiction in her spare time. She has been writing stories and poems ever since she was a child.
Q: If you could travel back in time, which of the great writers would you like to meet and why?
A: John Keats, because he totally transformed my world.
Q: Do you have a favourite quote?
A: ‘There’s a hell of a good universe next door’ —E. E. Cummings
Q: What superpower would you like to have and why?
A: Time travel – I studied history and work in a museum, so that would be the nerdy dream. Although I would definitely avoid the future.
