Originally from Glasgow, Jennifer Harvey now lives in a small coastal town in Denmark. She is the author of three novels and her short fiction has been published widely in literary journals and anthologies. When not writing, she can be found walking with her dog on the beach.
Q: What is the least interesting part of writing for you?
A: I actually enjoy all aspects of writing. It’s hard work and can at times be tedious, but seeing an idea take shape and transform on the page is always exhilarating.
Q: Is there a book that you keep going back to, and if so, how many times have you read it?
A: I have read The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov too many times to count. Every time I read it, it surprises me.
Q: Who is your personal inspiration?
A: My sister, because she is one of the kindest people I know.
