Q: If you could travel back in time, which of the great writers would you like to meet and why?
A: Jane Austen. I think she’d be great fun to talk to, because of her wit and clever observations. It would also be interesting to let her know how the world has changed since her time.
Q: What is the least interesting part of writing for you?
A: I don’t enjoy plotting and tend to do as little as possible. I’m more of a ‘pantser’.
Q: If you could teleport yourself anywhere, real or fictional, where would it be and why?
A: I’ve always been drawn to the Victorian era. I’m quite old-fashioned in a way, and sometimes I think I was born in the wrong century. I love the clothes, the customs, and the literature of that time.
